Liz Holey is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and a professor emeritus at Teesside University, UK. She works as an international freelance consultant in physiotherapy, health and higher education. Liz acts as a reviewer for World Physiotherapy’s accreditation service and has undertaken reviews in the Middle East and North Africa.
Her consultancy responsibilities have included: revising World Physiotherapy’s education policy and guidelines; developing standards, curriculum and capacity in Cambodia for ICRC; supporting physiotherapy projects in Iraq and Ethiopia for ICRC; educational gap analysis in Vietnam; evaluation in Libya; standards development for ICRC in Geneva; curriculum development/teaching in Germany, Malaysia, Zambia, and Malta.
Liz has extensive educational and strategic experience. She has led and developed physiotherapy departments in a number of universities in the UK. She is a former deputy dean of a large multidisciplinary school of health and social care and a former pro vice-chancellor with a governance, strategic leadership and academic quality portfolio at Teesside University, UK.
Liz has been a strategic lead for allied health professionals for two UK strategic health authorities and has worked on a stakeholder consultation and design of commissioning model for education and training. She has researched, published, taught, supervised, and examined students at all levels, including doctorate level.
Prue Morgan is the head of physiotherapy at Monash University, and is an internationally recognised physiotherapy leader, educator, clinician and academic with more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice and research. She has written and delivered neurological physiotherapy curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and professional organisations while steadily expanding her research in areas of complex lifespan neurological disability, and optimising skill training in health professionals.
Prue's work has been published in more than 70 publications, has received more than AUD$5.6M in grant funding, and she has led clinical research trials. She has held several national leadership roles for the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She is a former president of Council of Physiotherapy Deans, Australia New Zealand (CPDANZ), a former chair of the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy & Developmental Medicine (Lifespan Care), and consults for World Physiotherapy on capacity building with international colleagues. Prue also chairs accreditation panels on behalf of the Australian Physiotherapy Council with a focus on curriculum evaluation, teaching quality and benchmarking.
Nam Vo Nhat is a teaching assistant at Hong Bang International University and a member of the department of membership and communication for Vietnam Physical Therapy Association (VNPTA). Nam is a clinical educator and works directly with physiotherapy students. During the webinar, Nam will share the results of applying the assessment of physiotherapy practice form in clinical evaluation. This is part of the ADAPTIVE and ADMIRE project supported by World Physiotherapy.

- the use of storyboarding in professional education
- success in clinical education and what physiotherapy student characteristics are important
- application of assessment of physiotherapy practice (APP) form in clinical evaluation for physiotherapy students in Vietnam.
