Constituição
Our constitution was approved at the 19th general meeting, 8-9 May 2019, in Geneva, Switzerland.
The constitution sets out our membership organisational structure and operating procedures. It includes the duties and responsibilities of the executive board, member organisations, regions, subgroups, as well as the organisation of the general meeting, which is held every four years.
The constitution may only be amended or repealed by a resolution passed by at least 75% of all votes cast at a general meeting.
Regulamentação
Nossos regulamentos sustentam nossa constituição e fornecem detalhes e clareza sobre processos individuais. A constituição define 'o que' precisa ser feito e os regulamentos definem 'como' isso deve ser feito. A cláusula 68 da constituição estabelece que os regulamentos devem ser desenvolvidos em consulta com nossas organizações membros, regiões e subgrupos e devem ser consistentes com a constituição.
O conselho aprovou o conjunto consolidado de regulamentos no início deste ano, com data de início em 1º de julho de 2021.
