Das Kuwait Physiotherapie-Vereinigung (KPTA) focused on the theme for World PT Day 2020 around the impact of COVID-19 on the profession and the vital role physiotherapy plays in its recovery and rehabilitation. KPTA emphasised social distancing by planning all the activities online, mainly through social media.

- videos of several physiotherapists who participated directly in treating COVID-19 patients (in Arabic/English languages). They talked about their role in ICU, ECMO team and wards through acute and rehabilitation phases

- Radio- und Fernsehinterviews mit Vorstandsmitgliedern (in arabischer / englischer Sprache) zur Sensibilisierung für den Welt-PT-Tag und insbesondere für die PT-Regel bei COVID-19-Patienten.
