Tracy leads on policy development and implementation covering practice, education, professional and social issues. She is the main contact for World Physiotherapy subgroups and networks. She also leads on all aspects of planning and delivering the World Physiotherapy congress.

Tony is responsible for the financial management and administration of World Physiotherapy. He provides financial guidance and support to the staff, board, and relevant committees, to ensure good levels of governance and statutory compliance.

Pablo is responsible for providing advice to World Physiotherapy staff, board, members and external stakeholders on a range of professional matters relating to physical therapy education and practice. He is responsible for developing and managing a number of projects in line with World Physiotherapy’s strategic plan. These include the World Physiotherapy accreditation service, country profile data collection and database of volunteers and experts.

Sidy is responsible for programme development and management. He leads on project design, implementation, and monitoring in collaboration with partner institutions.
Jenani provides support for World Physiotherapy financial activities, including periodic accounts and finance projects, whilst working to develop new and improved processes.

Titi provides support for financial matters relating to World Physiotherapy and its congress.

Education professional adviser
Djenana provides advice on education as one of the key areas of World Physiotherapy activities. She works on a portfolio of education projects ranging from physiotherapists' professional entry level education and continuing professional development to facilitating community building and networking among physiotherapy educators.
Natasha JoynerCongress manager
Natasha leads on project planning for the World Physiotherapy congress and related events. This includes managing venue logistics, ceremonies and exhibition services.
Heidi KosakowskiHead of membership
Head of membership
Heidi provides strategic leadership and direction of World Physiotherapy’s membership activities. She coordinates the work of the World Physiotherapy membership committee as well as a number of committees that support our regional infrastructure. Heidi works with existing member organisations to ensure they continue to meet the requirements of World Physiotherapy membership and to access appropriate support as and when required. She also assists national organisations seeking membership of World Physiotherapy by guiding them through the application process.

Mia is responsible for general marketing and communications, including World Physiotherapy E-News, social media and World PT Day. She manages the marketing plan for our congress.

Dan is responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation of all business information technology systems, including the website, membership database and platforms and portals to support the World Physiotherapy Congress scientific programme. He is also responsible for growing the capacity of the organisation to use data to inform business activities and expand the services offered to members.

Birgit supports the congress programme committee, which develops the scientific programme for World Physiotherapy Congress. She also works on policy projects and is the staff support to the consultant undertaking the project to develop regulations and implement the constitution.

Lucy coordinates the scientific programme for the World Physiotherapy congress. This includes managing abstract submission processes, abstract review, session notifications, and speaker management.
