Jonathon is responsible for management and administration of World Physiotherapy. He is responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan to ensure that World Physiotherapy achieves its objectives as determined by the executive board and member organisations.

Ian is responsible for the financial management and administration of World Physiotherapy. He provides financial guidance and support to the staff, board, and relevant committees, to ensure good levels of governance and statutory compliance.

Sidy is responsible for programme development and management. He leads on project design, implementation, and monitoring in collaboration with partner institutions.
Heidi KosakowskiHead of membership and policy
Head of membership and policy
Heidi provides strategic leadership and direction of World Physiotherapy’s membership activities. She coordinates the work of the World Physiotherapy membership committee as well as a number of committees that support our regional infrastructure. Heidi works with existing member organisations to ensure they continue to meet the requirements of World Physiotherapy membership and to access appropriate support as and when required. She also assists national organisations seeking membership of World Physiotherapy by guiding them through the application process.

Allegra manages all logistics for the planning and delivery of World Physiotherapy events, including our congress.
Freya RodgerHead of marketing and communications
Head of marketing and communications
Freya is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and communications on all World Physiotherapy activities.
Pablo Davó CabraProfessional adviser
Pablo is responsible for providing advice to World Physiotherapy staff, board, members and external stakeholders on a range of professional matters relating to physical therapy education and practice. He is responsible for developing and managing a number of projects in line with World Physiotherapy’s strategic plan. These include the World Physiotherapy accreditation service, country profile data collection and database of volunteers and experts.
Jenani provides support for World Physiotherapy financial activities, including periodic accounts and finance projects, whilst working to develop new and improved processes.

Titi provides support for financial matters relating to World Physiotherapy and its congress.
Djenana JalovcicEducation professional adviser
Education professional adviser
Djenana provides advice on education as one of the key areas of World Physiotherapy activities. She works on a portfolio of education projects ranging from physiotherapists' professional entry level education and continuing professional development to facilitating community building and networking among physiotherapy educators.
Mia LocknerMarketing and communications manager
Marketing and communications manager
Mia is responsible for general marketing and communications, including World Physiotherapy E-News, social media and World PT Day. She manages the marketing plan for our congress.
Birgit Mueller-WinklerPolicy manager
Birgit leads on World Physiotherapy policy projects and facilitates the organisation’s leadership programme.
She also provides high level input on the scientific programme for World Physiotherapy congress, supporting the congress programme committee.

Gokul provides business support on World Physiotherapy projects, to the staff and the executive board.
Lucy RidleyCongress project manager
Congress project manager
Lucy manages the scientific programme and project coordination for congress. This includes abstract submission processes, presenter management, AV logistics, and congress programme committee management.
