LESSONS LEARNED FROM COVID

Outline:

COVID has impacted all our lives over the past two years. With life returning to normal, it is important to reflect on the lessons learned concerning different aspects of our profession. Subsequent changes in care delivery, physiotherapy education, research practice and impacts on advocacy agendas are areas we are planning to unpick in this seminar.

Objectives:
  1. Gaining insights into changes of physiotherapy practice in countries heavily affected by COVID-19
  2. Exploring the adaptations in physiotherapy education triggered by stretches of online only education
  3. Understanding the opportunities COVID has had on research and advocacy endeavours
