Whilst 2020 posed many challenges one of the solutions was the evolution of digital physiotherapy services. Not new for all, but new for many, practice, regulation, policy and education were all affected. Much that has come from this is positive, but are there risks and unintended consequences of the adaptation to delivering digitally and hands off? What does this mean for future models of physiotherapy service delivery?
