Professionalism is critical to the future of physical therapist practice everywhere, yet we witness unprofessional behaviors in our classrooms and clinics on a regular basis. How do we define professionalism? Does the definition depend on our cultural norms? Can we teach professionalism? As managers and leaders, what can we do about unprofessional behaviors we observe? Come to this session with good and bad examples to share!
