TRAJECTORY MODEL IN ADMINISTRATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING IN UNDERGRADUATE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Background: Academic training skills encourage and promote success and development of comprehensive life plan for students, through curricular and extracurricular fields. Support, guidance and mentoring processes are important factors to respond to the plurality of profiles and talents of students, considering the diversity and equity. The Universidad del Rosario has developed active learning methods in individual alternative trajectories. Under this scenario, the sense of learning based on trajectories becomes a significant strategy for development of professional competences. Based on the recognition of the differences in basic training, skills, interests and study methods of the undergraduate students , they receive personalized support strategies to start their own process. Through this methodology, they seeks to promote autonomy and foster scenarios that allow them to achieve the skills required to face professional challenges.
A learning trajectory is understood as the set of specific tasks and instructions (route), through which hypothetical mental processes and actions are promoted to progressively develop the student's level of thinking, in order to achieve specific learning and thinking goals in a specific domain (Clements, 2004), in this case, the implementation on Administration and Management areas and specifically in competencies of entrepreneurship and leadership in Physiotherapy.
The learning process must be consider the knowledges, skills and attitudes and the trajectory model is a way to promote entrepreneurship and leadership of student´s curriculum and immersion of undergraduate students in the University Entrepreneurship Center and its entrepreneurial hotbeds and laboratories: Art of Entrepreneurship, Design School, Start Factory and additionally the support to develop entrepreneurial projects and obtain their financing.

Purpose: Share the administration and entrepreneurship training experience by trajectories and the results of the Physiotherapy undergraduate program at the Universidad del Rosario.

Methods: Administration and entrepreneurship trajectory's descriptive analysis in Physiotherapy program at Universidad del Rosario, based on the model of professional trajectories and the professional profile.

Results: After 10 years developing the Administration area, results are:
- Internships and Practices: topics such as quality of services, patient safety, indicators, strategic planning, auditing, biosecurity, carried out with other Universities in Colombia, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Peru and Canada.
- Entrepreneurship projects developed with social impact, supported and financed.

Conclusions: Training of Physiotherapy undergraduates through the model of trajectories in administration and entrepreneurship areas allows Physiotherapy students through knowledge, skills and attitudes, develop and strengthen their leadership, developing entrepreneurial projects with a clear impact on different fields of professional performance.

Implications: Administration and entrepreneurship training strengthens Physiotherapy undergraduates with direct impact on Quality of professional performance, autonomy and projected profession and professionals' image in all performance scenarios.
