All health professions are governed by the Health Professions Act. Physiotherapy licensing is overseen by the Health Professions Council through the Physiotherapy Board, whose chair is selected by the government with input from the professional association. Additional members are invited or elected at the association’s annual general meeting. Re-licensing takes place every two years. Proof of 24 hours of physiotherapy-related CPD hours is required to qualify for registration. More information: https://www.gov.bm/physiotherapy
