The Physiotherapy Association of Trinidad and Tobago has been a member of World Physiotherapy since 1999 and is part of our North America Caribbean region.

Full Registration with the Physiotherapists Board of Trinidad and Tobago under the Council for Professions Related to Medicine (a subset division of the Ministry of Health) Physiotherapists are required to register with this body, annually. CPDs are required for renewal annually - usually 14 contact hours of physiotherapy-related educational virtual webinars or courses, and/or physical courses. Our members must be registered with this Body to maintain membership. Governed by The Professions Related to Medicine Act.
