The National Medical Services (NMS) in Oman carried out several activities to mark World Physical therapy Day on 8th September 2019 creating awareness amongst the public and non-medical staff of NMS.
During the day an interactive kiosque with games, quizzes & exercises were held. Ergonomic advice was also given to office staff. A Patient Education Booklet on Physiotherapy/ Stroke/Physical activity written by Subramanian Natarajan, HOD of Physiotherapy was released by Medical Director & Operations Manager of NMS.
On a whole, the World Physical Therapy Day celebration was a huge success.
