Andy Schmidt is a shareholding director of Active+, one of the largest physiotherapy and rehabilitation providers in New Zealand.

He is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand and the treasurer of the International Private Physiotherapy Association. He holds a bachelor of physiotherapy and a master's of health practice.

Andy has extensive experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and business and has practiced in private and public services in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Andy is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Dinesh Verma is a physiotherapist and a member of Singapore Physiotherapy Association.

He holds an MBA and was awarded a professional doctorate in business administration by European International
University, Paris, France, in October 2023. An accomplished professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, Dinesh holds a number of portfolios including chairman of V2U Healthcare (a leading rehabilitation solution providing company in SE Asia), director of Physio Asia Therapy Centre (Singapore/Malaysia/Philippines), vice president, International Business Development (EMS Physio UK).

Photo of Kosaku Ota

Kosaku Ota is a physiotherapist and member of Japanese Physical Therapy Association. In 1988-89, he worked in Atami Chitose hospital, a geriatric hospital in Shizuoka prefecture, focusing on hemiplegia, motor paralysis, higher brain function, speech disorder.

He joined the staff of Nishi Yokohama general hospital in 1989 and worked in the rehabilitation branch as a physiotherapist and acupuncture therapist, working with people on orthopedics, hemiplegia and sports. In 2002, he moved to Norway to work in the educational branch of Nordisk Terapi AS (Former Redcord AS) for one year.

After returning to Japan, he worked with a range of people, including sports and older people, in Inter Reha Co Ltd, a private practice based on kinetics and kinematics theory, posture, movement pattern and kinematic chain. In 2023 Kosaku became the director of Repre Co Ltd, managed by Inter Reha Co Ltd.
