Our hospital is 513 beds of psychiatry-based hospitals and carries out "G-P network" from November, 2013.G-P took an initial of "General physician" and "Psychiatrist", and lost the fence of the general emergency hospital and mental hospital.After conveying it to the general emergency hospital, and having been operated on in the case which rehabilitation is related to, correspondence is judged with difficulty by suicide projects and is a flow to move in our hospital. I reported the rehabilitation by the G-P network this time and was intended to make a help to provide better physical therapists (ＰT) in the future psychiatry.
It was hospitalized in psychiatry emergency ward for the psychiatry immediate nature period by our hospital G-P network, and the object considered about the number of patients about 102 that intervened for rehabilitation in each year for length of stay in age, sex, the main disease (mental disease and physical disease), each year for the past five years (from April, 2021 March, 2024). In addition, the person who moved by the acute exacerbation was inapplicable.
The object 102 people (60 male, 42 female), age 38.8±26.3 years old, there was the most one that merged schizophrenia and a frequent occurrence injury with 43 people (42.2%). For the mean length of stay, I was shortened by the comparison of 2019 and 2023 for 9.1 days. The number of patients rose six by the comparison of 2019 and 2023.

I regard this as a thing by the jumping down from the low floor by a hallucination and the delusion. It regards shortening of the mean length of stay as a factor that the rehabilitation staff came to participate in pass conference of the psychiatry emergency ward. In addition, in the increase of the number of patients, it thinks with a factor that hospitals in connection with a GP network gradually increase．Problems include absence of the speech and language therapist (ST). Because there is it, in the case which ST intervenes in before changing hospital, the case having difficulty in continuation of enough programs is moving for adoption of the ST now.
