To practice in Ecuador, a physiotherapist must have a qualification recognised by the Secretary of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation: https://www.senescyt.gob.ec/consulta-titulos-web/faces/vista/consulta/consulta.xhtml. They must also apply for a licence to practice issued by the Agency for Quality Assurance of Health Services and Prepaid Medicine: http://www.calidadsalud.gob.ec/acess-app-servicio-ciudadano/public/titulo/registro.jsf
