We are aware of one company, Business Travel Management (BTM), so please be aware that it has no connection with WCPT and does not have access to the rates specially negotiated for congress speakers and delegates. The company will send you an email or call you to encourage you to purchase accommodation at one of the congress hotels. The call may be made to a mobile phone or a landline, including workplace phones. If you indicate you need accommodation, BTM will send you a DocuSign or RightSignature form. Please DO NOT complete this form or give any information to BTM.
The official hotel booking service for WCPT Congress 2019, and the congress hotels, will never send emails or call speakers and delegates to promote specific accommodation. If you receive any emails or calls promoting specific accommodation, please DO NOT engage with the sender or caller.
The official hotel booking service for WCPT Congress 2019 is provided by K.I.T. Group, who will ask for a CHF 40 deposit via credit card or bank transfer when you make your booking. The remaining amount will be charged by K.I.T. Group on 4 February 2019.
