To practice physiotherapy in Mali, you must: - hold a physiotherapy diploma issued in Mali by the INFSS (National Institute for Health Science Training). If you hold a physiotherapy diploma issued by another country, this must be approved by the Mali Ministry of Education; - be an official of the Malian State, or act on behalf of a non-governmental organisation, or for private practice, have authorisation to practice issued by the administrative authorities of Mali

Time (eg. medical referral required if treatment is needed beyond 30 or 60 days)
Training (eg. certification, academic training, or CPD to demonstrate skill necessary to treat patients without referral from a medial doctor)

this depends as for example in a hospital the doctor who has the responsibility of the patient takes care of his prescription but if it is in a rehabilitation center the patient can come directly to see the kinesitherapeute.
