The Norwegian system of regulation is based on statutory law . Entry level is 3 years bachelor`s degree followed by 1 year of internship/supervised practice. Authorisation of health personnel due to the Health Personnel Act is delegated to the Norwegian Directorate of Health https://www.helsedirektoratet.no/english/authorisation-and-license-for-health-personnel (also see answer A3.6.1)
